Subnet 110 is an inference marketplace with one distinctive rule: the miners providing compute have to prove their power is green. On-farm biogas, solar, wind, hydro, geothermal — anything that can be verified as low-carbon qualifies. Dirty compute does not get a seat at this table.
Validators route real inference demand to miners based on performance, reliability, and the integrity of the green-power attestation. Miners earn TAO when they serve tokens well. Enterprise buyers pay for inference in ordinary money and don't need to touch Bittensor to get it. The subnet is the settlement layer, the quality gate, and the green-verification standard, all in one place.
Verification is anchored in the certification frameworks power producers already use (carbon-credit registries and equivalents), with a hardware-attestation layer underneath so the subnet can confirm the silicon actually lives where a miner says it lives. The floor is simple: no proof, no payout.
